The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) places ethics and deontology at the core of its missions and operations.
Building  on its Charter of Values and a rigorous framework of principles and rules, ACAPS aims to foster a culture of integrity and responsibility.
 

A structured and transparent framework

ACAPS has established an ethics and deontology framework mainly based on the following components :

  • Charter of Values : Defines the fundamental principles and core values that guide the actions of the Authority and its staff.

  • Procurement Ethics Charter : Defines, based on the relevant texts, the guiding principles and professional ethical commitments governing ACAPS’s procurement processes to ensure transparency, fairness, fair competition, and the prevention of conflicts of interest.

A secure and confidential whistleblowing system

Any person — employee, partner, or third party — who observes or becomes aware of facts or elements suggesting a suspicious act or a situation indicating an ethical breach or an act of corruption may report it to the Authority.

To this end, ACAPS has established a secure and confidential whistleblowing system. Reports can be submitted by filling out this form and sending it through one of the following channels :
