ACAPS is conducting its third training session for insurance intermediaries in the Souss-Massa region

A third session of the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) awareness-raising program for insurance intermediaries is being held in the Souss-Massa region. Following the two sessions held in the Oriental regions, this event will take place in Agadir on October 15, 2026.

This session, which had as its theme "Strengthening intermediation: professional liability and consumer protection requirements," concentrated on two important facets of the insurance intermediary's job: professional civil liability and consumer protection, specifically the obligation to offer advice.

It should be mentioned that ACAPS hopes to improve communication with insurance intermediaries, make regulatory requirements easier to understand, and promote their use in daily operations, especially when it comes to offering policyholders protection, guidance, and information.
