ACAPS takes part in the Moroccan international conference on health policy

On October 14, 2026, in Marrakech, Mr. Abderrahim Chaffai, the chairman of the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS), participated in an international conference hosted by the Competition Council with the theme "Health Policy in Morocco: Competition, Regulation and Governance in the Era of Universal Social Cover."

In his speech, he addressed the difficulties of making Compulsory Health Insurance (AMO) available to everyone, specifically the schemes' financial viability, governance, and changing methods of supervision.
