The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare signed, on January 14, 2019, in Key Largo - Florida (United States of America) a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) of the United States of America.
Established in 2016 by Law 64-12, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) has been entrusted with the missions of the regulation and supervision of the insurance and social welfare sectors.
Promoting transparency and wide dissemination of information, the Authority communicates regularly and publicly on all of its activities. Annually, the Authority publishes its activity report.
Periodically it presents statements on the situation of the sectors of insurance and social welfare.
The indicators are published according to the following frequencies: quarterly, half-yearly and annual.
