The first issue, available in Arabic and French, is aimed at 15–25-year-olds.
The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) is launching ‘My Insurance Workbook’, a new educational series designed to help readers understand the key concepts of insurance.
Available in Arabic and French, the first issue is aimed at young people aged 15 to 25. This publication has been produced as part of the cooperation between ACAPS and the Banque de France on financial education, formalized by the agreement signed on 17 November 2025.
Designed with an educational yet engaging approach, this first issue explores insurance through real-life scenarios, games, quizzes, and exercises. In particular, it helps readers to familiarize themselves with the main concepts relating to insurance policies, cover, excess, compensation and liability, and to better understand the rights and obligations of the insured. This first issue marks the launch of a series organized by age group. Further editions, aimed at 26–40-year-olds and then those over 40, will gradually expand the series, with content tailored to the different audiences.
It should be noted that the publication of ‘My Insurance Workbook’ forms part of the ACAPS’s financial education program, which aims, amongst other things, to enhance the public’s knowledge of insurance and to improve their understanding of policyholders’ rights and obligations.
