ACAPS is organizing the second training session for insurance brokers in the Darâa-Tafilalet region

As part of its efforts to raise awareness and promote best professional practices, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) is organizing the second awareness-raising session in the Darâa-Tafilalet region this Friday, June 26.
Under the theme “Strengthening Trust in Insurance Brokerage: Professional Liability and Consumer Protection Requirements,” this meeting addressed two key topics in the insurance brokerage profession: “professional liability” and “consumer protection and the duty to advise.”
This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to raise awareness and promote best professional practices, and reflects ACAPS’s commitment to supporting industry stakeholders in strengthening their skills, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving their professional practices.
