ACAPS organizes two training sessions for insurance intermediaries in the Casablanca-Settat region

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) organized two new training sessions for insurance intermediaries in the Casablanca-Settat region on December 17th and 18th, 2025.
Under the theme “The insurance intermediary profession: understanding the challenges and improving performance,” these meetings are a follow-up to the third edition of the regional training tour, which was launched last April in Rabat and then rolled out successively in Tangier, Marrakech, and Laâyoune.
The sessions covered and discussed three key topics:
- The entry into force of compulsory All Risks Construction (TRC) and Ten-Year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance;
- The new instruction on the management of claims against insurance intermediaries;
- The questionnaire on commercial practices recently introduced by the Authority.
This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to raise awareness and promote good professional practices and reflects ACAPS' commitment to supporting industry actors in strengthening their skills, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving their professional practices.
