ACAPS organizes a training session for insurance intermediaries in the Marrakech-Safi region

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) held a new training session for insurance intermediaries in the Marrakech-Safi region on Thursday, September 25th, 2025, as part of its program to raise awareness and promote good professional practices.

The session, entitled “The insurance intermediary profession: understanding the challenges and improving performance,” was a continuation of the third regional training tour launched last April in Rabat.

Three major topics were addressed during this session: the entry into force of the obligation to take out All Risks Construction (TRC) and Ten-Year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance, the new instruction on the management of claims against insurance intermediaries, and the questionnaire on commercial practices recently introduced by the Authority.

Through this initiative, ACAPS confirms its commitment to supporting professionals in the sector in their efforts to strengthen skills, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve practices.
