ACAPS organizes a Master Class on compulsory TRC and RCD insurance for journalists

The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) organized a Master Class for journalists on Tuesday 24th June in Casablanca, on the topic of compulsory ‘All Risks Construction’ (TRC) and ‘Decennial Civil Liability’ (RCD) insurance.

Hosted by experts from ACAPS, the aim of the event was to present the framework applicable to these insurance policies, which have been compulsory since 30th December 2024, set out the practical details, and encourage dialogue with representatives of the Authority.

The speakers emphasized that this obligation is intended to provide better protection for the various parties involved in construction projects while consolidating compliance with regulatory requirements in the sector.

This initiative should be highlighted as part of ACAPS' ongoing commitment to strengthening the insurance culture and supporting the media in their role of raising public awareness and informing the public.
