ACAPS has launched a new website, completely redesigned for improved fluidity and intuitive navigation. This renewed portal enhances transparency and accessibility for all audiences, whether professionals, institutional partners or the general public.
The new digital platform adopts a responsive user interface, ensuring ergonomic browsing on computers, tablets and smartphones.

Among the key new features, an intelligent chatbot now provides real-time assistance and rapid access to key information, such as the regulations governing the sectors covered and the Authority's statistics and publications.

The website also incorporates features to enhance accessibility for people with disabilities, such as voice-reading of content and options for adjusting contrast and font size.

Aware of the challenges of cultural diversity, ACAPS has created a dedicated page in the Amazigh language, making information more accessible to a wider audience.
It should be noted that the new site has been redesigned around three distinct areas, adapted to the specific needs of users :

  • The institutional area provides information on the corporate side of the Authority, as well as on governance, regulatory texts and activity reports.
  • The area for professionals in the insurance and social welfare sectors brings together, in a user-friendly format, all the information relating to ACAPS' missions, current regulations, and business tools.
  • The general public area takes an educational approach, offering content and advice relevant to the different stages of life.

With this new design, ACAPS is continuing its commitment to simplified and transparent access to information for all audiences.
