As part of its efforts to raise awareness and promote best professional practices, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) launched, on Thursday, May 14, the fourth edition of its regional training tour dedicated to insurance intermediaries.

Under the theme “Strengthening Trust in Insurance Intermediation: Professional Liability and Consumer Protection Requirements,” this new edition kicked off with an initial session for intermediaries in the Oriental region.
This meeting addressed two key topics in the insurance intermediary profession, namely: “professional liability” and “consumer protection and the duty to advise.”

This initiative is part of an ongoing effort to raise awareness and promote best professional practices and reflects ACAPS’ commitment to supporting industry stakeholders in strengthening their skills, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving their professional practices.
