ACAPS launches the 3rd edition of its regional training tour for insurance intermediaries

As part of its mission to raise awareness and promote good professional practice, the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) launched the third edition of its regional training tour for insurance intermediaries on Thursday, 24th April.

Under the theme ‘The insurance intermediary's profession : understanding the challenges and boosting performance’, this new edition was inaugurated with the first session for intermediaries in the Rabat-Salé-Kénitra region.

The session addressed three topical issues : the introduction of compulsory All Risks Construction (TRC) and Ten-Year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance, the new instruction on the management of receivables from insurance intermediaries, and the survey on commercial practices recently introduced by the Authority.

Through this initiative, ACAPS is reaffirming its commitment to supporting insurance professionals in their efforts to enhance their skills, ensure regulatory compliance and continuously improve their practices.
