The Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare (ACAPS) is responsible for ensuring that the entities subject to its supervision comply with the rules governing the protection of insured persons, beneficiaries of insurance contracts and members or affiliated with pension or mutual benefit plans.
If you wish to file a complaint concerning an organization subject to the control of ACAPS, we advise you to contact the company or person targeted by the complaint first.
