ACAPS took part in the second annual meeting of the Association of African Insurance Control Authorities (3ACA)

ACAPS took part in the second annual meeting of the Association of African Insurance Control Authorities (3ACA) held in Conakry, Guinea on 18 and 19 October 2018.

This association was born from the desire of African insurance supervisory authorities to coordinate their actions.
3ACA has two main objectives:

  • Promote effective and comprehensive supervision of the African insurance industry to develop and maintain equitable, safe and stable insurance markets for the benefit and protection of policyholders.
  • Contribute to regional financial stability.

ACAPS intends to contribute fully to the work of the association in order to benefit from an exchange forum with its African regulatory counterparts.
